Are pets allowed?
No unfortunately not.
Can I bring a picnic?
Can I bring my own gun and cartridges?
Yes. Semi Auto's and Pump Guns are strictly prohibited. Cartidges have to be shot size 7.5, 8 or 9. These will be inspected when booking in (alternative cartridges available to purchase if required).
Your license must be produced for our inspection upon arrival.
Can people come and watch that aren't shooting?
Yes. All children under the age of 16 must be closely supervised by the accompanying adults at all times.
Can we pay by debit or credit card?
Unfortunately, we do not have card facilities.
Can we split/share packages/clays?
No, due to our very low prices, sharing packages is not viable for us.
Do I need hearing protection?
Hearing protection is provided for paying customers.
Do I need to book?
Up to 8 persons, no booking is required. Just turn up. For larger groups, you need to book in advance and pay a small deposit to ensure additional instructors are available on the day. If preparations are required last minute for large groups, please call prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Do you sell food or drinks?
No, but there is complimenatary coffee and biscuits provided for our paying customers.
Do you sell shooting gift vouchers?
Yes, in denominations of £35 and £50 which have to be purchased in person at the shooting ground.
How do I get to you via public transport?
Underground stations: The Piccadilly Line (Cockfosters)
Main line stations: Kings Cross to Gordon Hill, Enfield Town Line from Liverpool St.
By car: Approximately 5 minutes from Junction 24 of the M25.
Please note that an approximate cab journey of 5-10 minutes will be required from the stations.
Is there a dress code?
No. Dress in whatever is comfortable. All concrete and tarmac paths throughout and covered stands. All weather.
Are there age restrictions?
All ages are welcome, no age restrictions are in place.
My friend has a license, can I use his/her gun or have him/her teaching me?
No. We have a strict policy and due to our safety regulations and insurance, this is not allowed under any circumstances. You are still more than welcome to have one of our inclusive packages, accompanied by one of our instructors whom will happily go round with you both.
What times are you open?
Wednesdays, Sundays, all Bank Holidays, EXCLUDING Good Friday and Christmas Day. 10am - 4pm on listed days.
All packages include the following:
- Instruction provided
- Ear Protection available for customers that are shooting
- Padded jackets available if required on loan
